Tools To Run a 7-Figure Recruitment Funnel... For High Risk Businesses
I have used these tools for years in multiple verticals to grow teams fast, only with the best possible candidates.
In other publications I’ll talk SOPs and how all of these flow together.
For now, here are the tools I use when I scale any type of operation:
VAs
SDRs (Salespeople)
Account managers
Etc.
A) CANDIDATE SOURCING PLATFORMS
JOB SITES
1 account in Upwork (Free + $30/boost)
1 account in Onlinejobsph ($100/mo)
1 account in VirtualStaff ($100/mo)
Depending on how far you want to scale your candidate numbers, you can make more accounts on those platforms.
But in the beginning, 1 on each is enough to collect 200+ candidate emails per day, assuming that every day you kept them well maintained, with boosts renewed, and all new emails collected.
Note: you can make multiple posts in 1 upwork accounts with different wording and boost them all. This will give you more visibility. And you can make 10 job posts at Onlinejobsph for the same reason. But don’t do this at VirtualStaff or you’ll have issues.
TELEGRAM
There are plenty of recruitment group chats where you can find VAs, chatters, salespeople, customer support reps, and more.

Buy aged accounts from Accsmarket if you don't want to use your personal one. Access your aged account from your antidetect browser using the proxy (both tools mentioned below). Before posting anything in any group, spend a couple of days performing human actions with the account.

B) "LOGISTIC" TOOLS
AIRTABLE
Perfect for creating your own highly customizable candidate pipeline. Jargon aside, it means that as soon as candidates fill up the application form that you will send them (which you will also build with airtable), you can run the whole recruitment process end to end, in an organized way with Airtable.
COMPANY GMAIL
You need a company email from which you will send your outreach emails. When someone replies to an Airtable email, it will land on this email as well. The reason you need gmail is because the next tool I recommend, uses Gmail. And you're recruiting at scale, don't be cheap and make a business one with your own domain.
GMASS
An amazing tool that breaks all Gmail limits. You'll be using it for sending hundreds of outreach emails daily at once, from your company gmail.
CALENDLY
Free scheduling tool. Candidates who pass filter 1 (good answers on the Airtable application form), will receive your team's calendly link automatically, for them to book an Interview call.
GOOGLE CALENDAR
You'll need a google calendar set with your company email, connected to Calendly.
C) ANTI FINGERPRINT TOOLS & VCCs
You should run your high risk business recruitment operation hard, fast, but with protection.
(I’m still talking about hiring).
The reason is, eventually you might get banned.
You see, when I hire for “normal positions” I don’t do anything sneaky, since everything can we discussed inside the job sites and payments can go through them.
But when you’re hiring for certain more “controversial” positions, you’ll be doing things that are a bit tricky, like not having any discussions inside the job site.
For this reason, even if you proceed cautiously in your job posts and you don't mention anything risky, you might end up getting suspended.
And when that happens, you want to be up and running faster than a meme coin goes to 0 after your favourite influencer shills it.
So you will have to leave no fingerprints of your wifi connection, computer, etc. on their record.
ANTIDETECT BROWSER
Gologin or Dolphin-Anty both are good. Personally I use Gologin, you can pay yearly at a massively lower price than Gologin, and it works equally fine.
PROXY
https://www.proxy-cheap.com is good for what we're trying to do here. Buy a Static Residential proxy, it’s $3.49 per month.
If you multiaccount job sites, each account will need to sit in a different proxy and different antidetect browser profile.
(After you click Select you’ll be able to select the country and the subscription - it’s 1 month for $3.49).
VCCs
You'll need disposable VCCs.
Why disposable? Again, you're recruiting for a high risk business. You need to be able to replace your payment methods easily shall you end up having to do multiaccounting. Some options:
Mercury: If you have an US LLC, apply to Mercury. They offer pretty much unlimited VCCs that you can use on the job sites.
Revolut: I don't use it, but I understand they offer unlimited VCCs.
e.pn: Another favorite of mine, you can fund the platform with crypto, and use their VCCs everywhere. KYC minimal. You don't even need a company for this one.

Wyoming LLCs have various benefits, depending on your country of residence and other factors.
